Strategy Partners UK Market Survey for the Imaging and Document Capture software and services markets
Strategy Partners is updating its primary independent research of the UK market for imaging and Document Capture software and services markets. This extends and updates research carried out since 1997. Recent changes are happening coincidentally and contemporaneously. They include: - Unpredicted recession which is deeper in the UK than in continental Europe and the USA;
- Increasing demands for operation compliance, especially in the financial and regulated sectors;
- Unprecedented cutbacks in Government spending;
- Arrival of new technology platforms including cloud and mobile computing;
- Additional deployment of document capture to speed up downstream processes; and Increased customer expectation for multi-channel customer services.
